Managing Director

Alex is from the UK and is our Managing Director overseeing the business, managing the sales team and taking care of clients. He is also a fluent Thai speaker, who has been living and working in Phuket for 15 years.

Alex has a degree in Marketing and Advertising from the UK and has been working in property in Phuket for over 10 years. Alex’s background and local knowledge means that he is able to assist with a lot of Phuket related advice and recommendations. Many clients would agree that he has helped with more than simply purchasing a property.

Nuno Isitemiz

General Manager

Aydin Nuno Isitemiz originates from Istanbul, graduated from Balikesir University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science, Business Administration and has been living in Phuket since 2006. He’s been on the Phuket property scene since 2009. He is the co-founder of several real estate companies on the island including Phuket Easy Stay, Phuket Rental Properties and Super Holiday Villas.

As the general manager at the company Nuno gets involved pretty much all aspects of the operations. If you stop by at our office in Phuket Town, there is a good chance that you will meet Nuno since he spends most of his time at the office.

A graduate of the famous Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok and a fluent English speaker Goi doubles as a Sales Agent and a Property Manager helping sellers to list their properties on our site.

Office Manager

Nuch’s diligence and hard work keeps the wheels of the business turning. Her role at PhuketCondo.Net spans accounting, sales management, social media and human resources amongst other things.

She is a graduate of Prince of Songkhla University Phuket Campus and before joining PhuketCondo.Net her organizational skills were put to good use managing her own food distribution business. Hardworking at home as well as work, she is a wife and mother of twin girls so all combined has a busy demanding and schedule.
