Given that Phuket is an island, it’s amazing how few properties are located on the beach. There are many properties that are ‘just a five-minute walk to the beach’ or ‘a quick drive to the beach’ but this is literally on-the-beach.
This is a spacious 282 sq. m condominium unit, completed in July 2007. The master bedroom’s en suite bathroom is very spacious and features a bath from which you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Panwa Bay. On the outside, there is a beautifully manicured garden and a huge 40m lap-pool that’s purified by salt-water (not sea-water) as opposed to chlorine. The pool is fringed with sun-beds and umbrellas. Two meters beyond the pool is the beautiful Khao Kad beach.
The location provides peace and quiet whilst you’re at home, with nightlife close by when you need it. The setting is rural and has a relaxed pace, located in a Thai fishing community where there are restaurants down on the beach.
In stark contrast, Phuket Town is only a 10-mins drive away and has many vibrant bars and superb restaurants. For those who wish to shop or party in the more conventional tourist resorts of Karon, Patong, and other busy west coast towns, these are easily reached by car in less than 30 minutes.
The Thai food here is something special. There is a beach bar and restaurant only 2 mins walk away, situated along the beach and one on the mountain cliff overlooking the bay – just 2 mins walk away. Within a 20 minutes drive, there are a plethora of beachfront restaurants that specialize in seafood and other traditional Thai dishes. For those who are not keen on Thai food we also have a selection of very good French, Italian, Japanese and international restaurants nearby.
